Service Description

Vinyasa sequence is designed to encourage you to purposefully use and train your body the way you do in real life - bending, stretching, lifting, twisting and reaching - so you can move through your everyday motions with more ease. The synchronisation of flowy and fluid movement with breathing can help to alleviate stress and improve mental wellbeing. Having a regular yoga practice can reduce the risk of injury, improve balance, better range of movement, relieve pain, and allow for better movement coordination. All props will be provided. Bring your own mat.
