Dynamic Flow Yoga

Service Description

Flow Yoga is designed to encourage you to purposefully move your body the way you do in real life - bending, stretching, lifting, twisting and reaching - so you can move through your everyday motions with more ease. The dynamic sequence can help to sculpt and tone every muscle in the body, while the synchronisation of movement and breath can aid in alleviating stress and improving mental wellbeing. Having a regular yoga practice can reduce the risk of injury, improve balance and joint stability; muscle strengthening, better range of movement, relieve pain, and allow for better coordination. All props will be provided. Bring your own mat.
