Service Description

Barre combines elements from dance, Pilates and Yoga which make a well rounded, high energy and low impact workout. Barre can transform the body by toning and sculpting muscles, improving both strength and suppleness. Having a regular barre exercise in your routine can help in building muscle strength and joint stability; improving flexibility, balance and coordination. It also helps to prevent injury. It's fun. It's energising. I've got a selection of good tunes to get us moving for 50 minutes. You will leave feeling energised, empowered and with a sense of overall wellbeing.
